Good day to you sir or ma'am

I am looking at the interceptor body armor cover and I have a question regarding the sizing information. Below the images for the vest it says this:

This makes me confused because it shows a different number for the XL L and M. I don't know if that number is a measurement or what it might be but right below that it says that all sizes are medium for vest and components. I once owned a medium-sized interceptor and though it was wearable I am a large man (6'6") and it makes it much more difficult to be operational in a smaller size than is intended to be used. My question is this: Since you have different options available to purchase for this vest does it actually have different sizes and if yes what did the description mean by all sizes are medium?
